UPI transactions generally instant aur irreversible hote hain. Matlab agar payment successful ho gaya hai toh automatic refund nahi hota.
Lekin kuch situations me paisa recover ho sakta hai:

- Agar complaint time par raise ki jaye

Step 1: Transaction Details Immediately Check Karein

Sabse pehle payment history open karein aur ye details note kar lein:
- Transaction ID (UTR Number)
- Date aur Time
- Transfer Amount
- Receiver UPI ID
- Bank Name
Ye details complaint ke liye required hoti hain.
Step 2: Payment App Se Complaint Raise Karein
Jis app se payment kiya tha (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), usme:
- Transaction History open karein
- Wrong payment select karein
- Raise Issue / Report Problem option choose karein
- Reason me “Wrong Transfer” select karein
Isse receiving bank ko notification chala jata hai.
Step 3: Apne Bank Customer Care Ko Contact Karein

Immediately apne bank support par call ya email karein aur bolein:
